大定风珠巩固治疗慢性乙型肝炎的后续效应观察

目的:观察大定风珠巩固治疗慢性乙型肝炎(慢乙肝)的后续效应。方法:将86例因慢乙肝首次出现肝功能异常而住院及出院时肝功能复常的患者,随机分为大定风珠巩固治疗组和对照组,于出院后12个月查肝功能、病毒学指标,对出院后12个月肝功能正常并稳定者查肝纤雉化血清学指标(HA、PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C、LM)。结果:治疗组病毒学指标与对照组比较无显著差异;治疗组与对照组肝功能正常率分别为90.9％(40/44)和71.4％(30/42),两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),HA、PC-Ⅲ、Ⅳ-C、LM分别为(146.65±53.25)ng/ml、(105.37±39.66)μg/ml、(69.61±33.62)ng/ml、(93.57±35.48)ng/ml,与对照组比较,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。结论:大定风珠有明显的稳定肝功能和抗肝纤维化后续效应。

Observation of Successive Effect about the Consolidating Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B by Dadingfengzhu

Objectives To observe the successive effect about the consolidating treatment of chronic hepatitis B by Dadingfengzhu. Method: 86 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and contrast group who have chronic hepatitis B for the first time and regain normal hepatic function out of hospital. After 12 months, examined the hepatic function and virology index of the patients again and then examined the hepatic fibrosis's serous index (HA. PC- I , W -C, LM) for the patients who have normal and stable hepatic function. Result: There was no marked difference between the two groups with respect to virology index. The normal rates of hepatic function in the two groups were as follows respectively: 90. 9% (40/44) and 71. 4% (30/42), between which a remarkable difference can been seen (P<0. 05). HA, PC-I, IV-C, LM were (146. 65 53. 25) ng/ml, (105. 37 39. 66) ng/ml, (69. 61 33. 62) ng/ml, (93.57 35. 48)ng/ml. Comparing the above indexes with those of contrast group,a marked difference can also been seen between two groups (P<0. 01). Conclusion: Dadingfengzhu has a great successive effect on stablizing hepatic function and resisting hepatic fibrosis.
