比索洛尔联合贝那普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的分析

目的 探索比索洛尔联合贝那普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床效果及安全性.方法 我科CHF患者95例,采用随机分组为观察组（48例）和对照组（47例）,均予以持续吸氧,心电监护,利尿,扩张血管,必要时强心治疗,观察组在此基础上加用比索洛尔联合贝那普利,在治疗前后测定两组左心室射血分数（LVEF）和脑利钠肽（BNP）结果,评价心功能.结果 两组治疗后LVEF和BNP较治疗前均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;治疗后观察组LVEF和BNP改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;观察组临床总有效率为91.67％,明显高于对照组74.47％,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 比索洛尔联合贝那普利治疗CHF患者,能明显改善CHF患者心功能症状,提高疗效.

Analysis of Bisoprolol combined with Benner Pury in treating chronic congestive heart failure

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Bisoprolol combined with Benner Pury in treating chronic congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods 95 cases of CHF patients in our department were divided into observation group （48 cases） and control group （47 cases） randomly, both received continuous oxygen inhalation, ECG monitoring, diuretic, vasodilator and the strong heart treatment if necessary. Based on this, the patients in the observation group took Bisoprolol and Benazepril, measured the left ventricular ejection fraction （LYEF） and the brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） in both groups before and after treatment, and made the clinical evaluation. Results After the treatment, LVEF and BNP in the two groups were significantly improved （P 〈 0. 01 ）, while the improvement in the observation group was clearly better than that in the control group （P 〈0.01 ）. The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 91.67%, much higher than the rate 74.47% in the control group, which was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Bisoprolol combined with Benner Pury can significantly improve heart function and curative effect of patients with CHF.
