银杏叶总黄酮的研究进展

银杏作为药用植物使用已久,其银杏叶提取物是一类作用广泛、不良反应较少的天然药物来源。银杏叶中富含的黄酮类化合物与银杏内酯,它们对心脑血管疾病具有活血化瘀、通脉舒络的作用。近年来银杏叶制剂的研究进展较快,其中片剂、胶囊剂、冲剂、口服液、气雾剂以及注射液等,并有多种银杏叶的复方制剂,其中银杏叶总黄酮的药理作用价值,推动了国内外学者对它的深入研究。本文综述近年来在国内外银杏叶总黄酮的最佳采收条件、提取工艺、药理作用等方面的研究进展。

Progress of preparation of total flavanoid in leaves of ginko biloba L

Ginkogobiloba L.as the medicinal plant has existed a long time.Extract of Ginkgobiloba leaves is one kind of the few natural medicines with wide function and few side effect.In ginkgo leaves,there are rich of flavone compounds and ginkgolide.They possess the action of promotion blood circulation to remove blood stasis,and dredging the channels of cardiac and cerebral disease patients.In recent years,the studies of preparation of ginkgo leaves,including tablets,capsules,granules,oral solution,aerosol,injection as well as its compound preparation are summarized.There are some report in domestic and foreign in the best recovery condition,withdraws process,pharmacological action and so on of total flavanoid in leaves of Ginkgo biloba L.This article summarized progress of preparation of total flavanoid in leaves of Ginkgo biloba L.
