| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抑癌基因ING1mRNA在膀胱癌组织中的表达及与肿瘤发生发展的关系。方法采用RT—PCR方法检测38例膀胱癌手术患者的癌组织及其周围正常组织中抑癌基因ING1mRNA的表达水平。结果癌周组织中ING1mRNA均阳性表达；32例膀胱癌组织中ING1mRNA的表达较正常组织降低（32／38，84．2％），其中无表达2例；癌组织表达强度与正常组织相比差异显著（P〈0．01），其低表达与肿瘤分级、分期及淋巴转移有关。结论ING1mRNA表达在膀胱癌发展过程中可能发挥重要的调节作用。ING1mRNA可能是膀胱癌患者潜在的恶性判断指标及诊断、预后的判断指标。
