| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨噻托溴铵治疗老年人稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效。方法:将63例稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为两组,治疗组与对照组分别采用噻托溴铵、异丙托溴铵治疗,疗程2月,观察临床症状、肺功能改善情况。结果:治疗组临床症状、肺功能改善情况优于对照组(P<0·05)。结论:噻托溴铵治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效优于异丙托溴铵,可作稳定期慢阻肺治疗的首选药物。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical effect of tiotropium in treating stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:63 patients are randomly divided into two groups,and treated by tiotropium and ipralropium respectively for 2 months,and point clinical symptom and pulmonary function are also observed.Results:There is a significant difference between treating group and control group in clinical symptom and pulmonary function changes(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiotropium is a preferred durg for COPD patients in stable phase,it is better than ipralropium in treating COPD. |
