护士台风灾害救护知、信、行评估问卷的研制

目的编制护理人员台风灾害救护知、信、行评估问卷并检验其信、效度。方法在查阅文献、专家咨询及小组讨论基础上,初步编制护理人员台风灾害救护知、信、行评估问卷,对福建省6所医院的607名护理人员进行调查,以检验问卷的信度与效度。结果问卷由知、信、行3个子问卷组成,共包含31个条目。问卷各条目均具有较好的鉴别力,3个子问卷共提取出10个公因子,累积解释变异量为57.553%～62.569%,方差最大正交旋转后各项目载荷均大于0.3。验证性因子分析结果表明各拟合指数均达到拟合要求。整个问卷及3个子问卷的Cronbach sɑ系数为0.735～0.827,折半信度系数为0.734～0.900,重测信度系数为0.725～0.887。结论知、信、行评估问卷具有较好的稳定性和可靠性,可作为评估或评价护理人员台风灾害救护知、信、行现状较为可靠的调查工具。

Development of Knowledge-Attitude-Practice Questionnaire on phoon Disaster Rescue for Nurses

Objective To develop and test a valid and reliable instrument of Knowledge-Attitude-Practice（KAP） on Typhoon Disaster Rescue for Nurses. Methods Based on literature review,experts consultation and group discussion,the initial KAP assessment questionnaire for nurses was developed. Reliability and validity were assessed in 607 nurses in Fujian province. Results The questionnaire contained three subscales （knowledge, attitude and practice） with 31 items and each item distinguished well. Three subscales of KAP consisted of 10 factors,and the cumulative explained variance ranged from 57. 553 % to 62.569 %. The loading of the various items were all greater than 0.3 after varimax orthogonal rotation. All of the data met the demands of confirmatory factor analysis. Cronbaeh＇s a coefficients of the questionnaire and three subscales ranged from 0. 735 to 0. 827,the split-half reliability ranged from 0. 734 to 0. 900 and the test-retest reliability ranged from 0. 725 to 0. 887. Conclusion With good stability and reliability, the questionnaire can be used as a reliable tool to assess the KAP status of nurses in typhoon disaster rescue.
