摘    要:目的探讨稳定的脊髓损伤建模方法,为本研究室相关研究提供实验依据。方法将25只SD大鼠随机分为脊髓损伤组(A组,行T12椎板切除术 脊髓左半切)、假手术组(B组,行T12椎板切除术,不切脊髓)及正常组(C组)。术后1、2、3、4周行改良联合行为评分(CBS),术后24h及4周行体感诱发电位(SEP)等检测,观察神经功能恢复情况与一致性。结果A组各周CBS与B、C组间差异有显著性,B、C组间差异无显著性。A组术后24hSEP消失,术后4周有恢复,较B、C组潜伏期延长、波幅减少,B、C组间差异无显著性。结论该动物模型操作简单,动物存活率高且稳定,在脊髓损伤修复研究中有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective To explore the methods for establishing stable spinal cord left-hemisection model in SD rats, and to provide the data for the related research in our lab. Methods Twenty five adult SD rats were randomized to three groups: injury (group A, given T 12 laminectomy with spinal cord left-hemisection, n=9),sham injury (group B, given T 12 laminectomy without cord injury, n=8), and nomal (group C, n=8). Modified combined behavioral scores(CBS) were assessed 1,2,3 and 4 weeks after surgery by blinder observers. Somatosensory evoked potentials(SEP) were determined 24 hours and 4 weeks after injury. Results CBS in group A over time showed significant difference between group A and group B or C, but there was no significant difference between group B and group C.In SEP, potential latencies(PL) were prolonged and amplitudes were decreased 4 weeks after hemisection in group A with certain neurologic function recovery. The SEP was no significant difference between group B and group C. Conclusion Models in the experiments are simply performed with high rate of survival, stability and good perspective in research on post-SCI repairment.
