| 摘 要： | 目的:观察内镜氩离子束凝固术(Argon Plasma Coagulation APC)联合中药加味旋代汤(jiaweixuandaitang)治疗疣状胃炎(Verrucous gastritis)的临床价值。方法:将90例内镜确诊完全型疣状胃炎病人随机分为两组,对照组45例,用氩离子凝固术+奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗。治疗组45例,在对照组基础上加用加味旋代汤。观察胃痛、胀满、反酸、嗳气、纳差等症状和胃镜下病灶消失情况。结果:临床疗效总有效率:治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组疣状病灶数目比较:治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:内镜氩离子束凝固术治疗疣状胃炎后,应用中药加味旋代汤联合奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗有协同作用,疗效优于单一西药治疗。
