综合干预前后我院围术期预防用抗菌药物情况分析

目的:了解我院实施综合干预措施前、后围术期患者抗菌药物的应用情况。方法:收集我院2011年的甲状腺手术患者出院病历,将1-6月的327份病历设为对照组(干预前),7-12月的276份病历设为干预组(干预后),对2组患者围术期预防用抗菌药物的合理性进行比较分析。结果:抗菌药物预防应用率从干预前的90.80%下降至干预后的22.10%,联合用药率从干预前的31.80%下降至干预后的0。抗菌药物品种选择的合理率从干预前的18.56%上升至干预后的49.18%,用药时机合理率从干预前的1.35%上升至干预后的91.80%,用药时间合理率从干预前的25.99%上升至干预后的98.19%。结论:采取综合措施干预围术期预防用抗菌药物,可促进抗菌药物合理应用。

Analysis of Perioperative Prophylactic Application of Antimicrobials in Our Hospital before and after Comprehensive Intervention

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the perioperative use of antimicrobials in our hospital before and after comprehensive intervention.METHODS：The discharged medical records of patients underwent thyroid surgery were collected from our hospital.327 medical records during Jan.-Jun.were included in control group（before intervention）,and 276 medical records during Jul.-Dec.were included in intervention group（after intervention）.The rationality of perioperative prophylactic application of antimicrobials was analyzed comparatively in 2 groups.RESULTS：Prophylactic application rate of antimicrobials decreased from 90.80% before intervention to 22.10% after intervention;the rate of drug combination decreased from 31.80% before intervention to 0 after intervention.The rationality of drug selection increased from 18.56% before intervention to 49.18% after intervention;the rationality of medication timing increased from 1.35% before intervention to 91.80% after intervention;the rationality of medication duration increased from 25.99% before intervention to 98.19% after intervention.And the rationality of antimicrobials use was greatly improved after comprehensive intervention.CONCLUSION：The application of comprehensive intervention measures in perioperative prophylactic application of antimicrobials could promote rational use of antimicrobials.
