糖脉康颗粒联合阿仑膦酸钠片治疗老年2型糖尿病性骨质疏松症的临床观察

目的:观察糖脉康颗粒联合阿仑膦酸钠片对老年2型糖尿病性骨质疏松症患者骨代谢的影响。方法:选择96例老年2型糖尿病性骨质疏松症患者,随机均分为2组:对照组口服阿仑膦酸钠片,1次1片(10mg),qd;观察组在此基础上口服糖脉康颗粒,1次1包(5g),tid;疗程均为26周。比较2组治疗前后骨密度(BMD)、血清骨钙素(BGP)、尿Ⅰ型胶原交联氨基末端肽(NTX),血钙、血磷、血碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及疗效和安全性。结果:观察组总有效率为93.75%,对照组为75.00%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗后BMD显著高于对照组(P<0.01),BGP显著高于对照组(P<0.05),NTX显著低于对照组(P<0.05);2组血钙、血磷和血ALP治疗前、后均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2组治疗前后血常规、肝功能、肾功能无明显异常,且不良反应发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:糖脉康颗粒联合阿仑膦酸钠片用于老年2型糖尿病性骨质疏松症患者,具有良好的协同作用,能够明显提高临床疗效,改善骨代谢指标,且安全性较好。

Clinical Observation of Tangmaikang Granules Combined with Alendronate Sodium Tablets in the Treatment of Bone Metabolism in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

OBJECTIVE：To observe the effects of Tangmaikang granules combined with Alendronate sodium tablets in the treatment of bone metabolism in the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.METHODS：96 osteoporosis cases of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group received Alendronate sodium tablets（10 mg） once a day,qd;the observation group was additionally given 1 packet of Tangmaikang granules（5 g） 3 times a day on the basis of treatment for control group for 26 weeks.Bone mineral density（BMD）,bone glaprotein（BGP） and cross-linked N-telopeptides of type I collagen（NTX） were measured in 2 groups before and after treatment.Meanwhile,the levels of serum calcium,phosphorus and serum alkaline phosphatase（ALP） in the two groups were detected.RESULTS：The total effective rate was 93.75% for observation group and 75.00% for control group,there was statistical siginificance（P0.05）.BMD of observation group was more significant than that of control group after treatment（P0.01）;BGP of observation group was significantly higher than in control group（P0.05）,and NTX was significantly lower than that of control group（P0.05）;Serum calcium,phosphorus and serum ALP of 2 groups had no significant difference before and after treatment（P0.05）.There was no significant abnormality in routine blood test,hepatic and renal function in 2 groups before and after treatment,and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reaction（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Tangmaikang granules combined with Alendronate sodium tablets has a good synergistic effect on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,can significantly improve clinical efficacy and improve bone metabolism with good safety.
