平阳霉素联合曲安奈德治疗颌面部淋巴管瘤的疗效观察

目的:观察平阳霉素(PYM)联合曲安奈德瘤内注射治疗颌面部淋巴管瘤的疗效。方法:选择90例口腔颌面部淋巴管瘤患者,随机均分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用PYM联用曲安奈德治疗,对照组采用PYM联用地塞米松治疗。比较、分析2组患者的疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗后经6个月～5年随访,试验组有效率为100.0%,对照组有效率为86.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组发热与食欲不振等药物不良反应的发生率较对照组更低,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PYM联合曲安奈德瘤内注射治疗颌面部淋巴管瘤疗效优于PYM联用地塞米松,且较安全。

Efficacy Observation of Pingyangmycin Combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide in the Treatment of Lymphangioma in Maxillofacial Regions

OBJECTIVE： To observe therapeutic efficacy of pingyangmycin （PYM） combined with triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of lymphangioma in maxillofacial regions. METHODS： 90 patients with lymphangioma in oral and maxillofacial regions were randomly assigned to trial group and control. Trial group was treated by PYM combined with triamcinolone acetonide, and control group was treated by PYM combined with dexamethasone. The therapeutic efficacy and ADR were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS： The cases were followed up for 6 months to 5 years. The effective rate of trial group was 100.0%, and that of control group was 86.7%. There were statistically significant differences between 2 groups （P〈0.05）. The incidence of ADR such as fever and poor appetite in trial group was lower than in control group. There were also significant differences between 2 groups （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： PYM combined with triamcinolone acetonide is better than PYM combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of lymphangioma in oral and maxillofacial regions.
