中药材和中成药采购环节的思考

目的:探讨中药材和中成药采购过程中应掌握的原则。方法:结合笔者工作实践,从产地、工艺、市场、质量标准等多个方面,分析影响中药材和中成药质量的各采购环节。结果:采购的中药材和中成药都不同程度地存在质量不均一性,影响了中药临床使用的安全和有效性。结论:在中药材采购中,不应一味追求更加优质,而应保证质量相对稳定,一旦有所变动,应及时将变动情况和相关指标告知临床;在中成药采购中,不应一味追求低价,而应保证更加优质。

Thoughts of Procurement Procedures of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chinese Patent Medicine

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the principle which should be mastered in procurement process of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine. METHODS： Based on practical works of authors, several influencing aspects of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine were analyzed from producing area, technology, market and qualty stomdard. RESULTS： Traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese patent medicine had different degrees of quality heterogeneity, which affected the safety and effectiveness of clinical use of taditional Chinese medicine. CONCLUSION： We should ensure the relative stability of quality but not blindly pursue better quality in traditional Chinese medicine purchasing, inform clinical doctors variations and related indexes in time; in Chinese Patent medicine purchasing, we should guarantee better quality but not blindly pursuit of low price.
