摘    要:目的:优选升麻葛根颗粒的最佳提取工艺。方法:以葛根素含量和出膏率为评价指标,以加水量、提取次数、提取时间为考察因素,采用正交试验优选升麻葛根颗粒最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水,提取2次,每次2h。结论:所选工艺简单、可行,可用于升麻葛根颗粒的提取。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of Shengma gegen granules. METHODS: Using the content of puerarin and extract rate as evaluation index, and amount of added water, extraction time and extraction time as factors, orthogonal test was adopted to optimize the extraction technology of Shengma gegen granules. RESULTS : The extraction technology was as follows: 10-fold water, extracting for 2 times, lasting 2 hours each time. CONCLUSION: Optimized process is simple and feasible, and it can be used for the extraction of Shengma gegen granules.
