芪参胶囊治疗高黏血症的疗效观察

目的:观察芪参胶囊治疗高黏血症的疗效。方法:113例高黏血症患者随机分为2组,治疗组58例口服芪参胶囊,对照组55例口服血府逐瘀胶囊。用药8周后,观察2组患者血液流变学指标变化,并评价中医症候疗效与安全性。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗组与对照组全血黏度(低、高切)、红细胞聚集指数均显著降低,红细胞电泳时间显著缩短(P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗后治疗组血浆黏度显著降低,中医症候总有效率显著提高(P<0.05)。2组安全性观察均为正常。结论:芪参胶囊能显著降低血液黏度,改善高黏血症患者中医症候,疗效安全、可靠。

Efficacy Observations of Qishen Capsule for High Blood Viscosity Syndrome

OBJECTIVE： To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Qishen capsule for high blood viscosity syndrome. METHODS： 113 patients with high blood viscosity syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups. 58 cases in trial group were given oral dose of Qishen capsule and 55 cases in control group were given oral dose of Xuefu zhuyu capsules for 8 weeks. The change of hemorheology indexes were observed and TCM syndrome and safety were evaluated. RESULTS： Compared with before treatment, the whole blood viscosity （low and high cutting） and red cell aggregation index were decreased significantly in trial group and control group, and the red cell electrophoretic time were shortened significantly （P〈0.01）. Compared with control group, plasma viscosity of trial groups were decreased significantly alter treatment, and the effective rate of TCM symptoms was improved （P〈0.05）. Security observation were normal. CONCLUSION： Qishen capsules could significantly decrease blood viscosity, improve high blood viscosity syndrome. The effect of Qishen capsules is safe and reliable.
