《药品不良反应信息通报》通报的抗微生物药的不合理应用情况分析

目的:加强监测被通报药品的临床用药,避免不合理用药。方法:对2001年11月-2011年11月国家药品不良反应(ADR)监测中心发布的42期《ADR信息通报》共通报的74种(类)药品进行统计、分析。结果:在42期被通报的74种(类)药品中,抗微生物药致ADR/药品不良事件(ADE)报告总病例数、严重病例数及死亡病例数均居各类药的首位。结论:各级医疗机构应加强抗微生物药的使用管理,严格遵守《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,按照药品说明书规定的适应证、用法用量、禁忌证等使用,减少或避免严重的ADR/ADE重复发生,确保安全合理用药。

Analysis of Irrational Use of Antimicrobial Drugs Reported by Information Bulletin of Adverse Drug Reaction

OBJECTIVE： To reinforce the monitoring of clinical use of focused drugs, so as to avoid irrational drug use. METHODS ： 74 kinds of drugs reported in 42 issues of Information Bulletin of Adverse Drugs Reaction issued by State ADR Monitoring Center from Nov. 2001 to Nov. 2011 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： Among 74 kinds of drugs reported in 42 issues, ADR/ADE caused by antimicrobial drugs was at the top in the list of total case number, severe disease case number and death cases number. CONCLUSION： The medical institutions at all levels should strengthen the management of antimicrobial drugs, strictly abide by Guiding Principles for Clinical Use of Antimicrobial Drugs, and use such drugs according to the indication, usage and dosage, contraindication stipulated in the package insert, so as to avoid and reduce the repeated occurrence of severe ADPUADE and ensure the rational and safe use of drugs.
