吲达帕胺联合缬沙坦对高血压合并糖尿病患者血压及尿微量白蛋白的影响

目的:观察吲达帕胺联合缬沙坦对高血压合并糖尿病患者血压及尿微量白蛋白的影响。方法:将86例患有1、2级原发性高血压合并2型糖尿病并排除其他并发症的门诊或住院患者在常规控制血糖的基础上,随机分为吲达帕胺联合缬沙坦组和吲达帕胺组,观察用药12周后2组的降压效果及不良反应。结果:治疗后与治疗前及2组间比较,降压总有效率、血压下降幅度均有显著性差异(P<0.05),2组尿微量白蛋白、尿素氮、血肌酐降低也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:吲达帕胺联合缬沙坦对高血压合并糖尿病患者的血压控制效果好,且可有效保护肾功能。

Effects of Indapamide Combined with Valsartan on Blood Pressure and Proteinuria in Hypertensive Patients with Diabetes

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the effects of indapamide combined with valsartan on blood pressure and proteinuria in hypertensive patients with diabetes. METHODS： 86 class 1 and 2 primary hypertensive patients with type 2 diabetes withbut other complications were randomly divided into indapamide combined with valsartan group and indapamide group, on the basis of blood glucose control. The antihypertensive effects of 2 groups were observed after 12 weeks. RESULTS： Total effective rate and descend- ing range of blood pressure between 2 groups and compared before treatment had significant difference （P〈0.05）. UAER, BUN and Scr of 2 groups and compared before treatment had significant difference after treatment （P〈0.05）. Incidence of adverse events was not significanly different （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION： Indapamide combined with valsartan can effectively control blood pressure of hypertensive patients with diabetes, and protect renal function effectively.
