我院585例药品不良反应的回顾性分析

目的:分析我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及相关因素。方法:以我院2009-2011年585例ADR为研究对象,从年龄、性别分布、报告人职业、给药途径、药品种类、ADR累及器官或系统及主要临床表现、ADR类型等方面进行统计、分析。结果:报告中,≥60岁年龄段构成比最高;涉及的药品有108种,其中抗感染类药引起的ADR占总例数的42.05%,生物制品引起的次之;静脉给药引发的ADR占37.09%,是引发ADR的主要给药途径;临床表现以皮肤及其附件损害为主。结论:临床应重视ADR的监测和报告工作,以促进合理用药,减少和避免ADR的发生。

Retrospective Analysis of 585 Cases of Adverse Drug Reaction Reported in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the characteristics and related factors of adverse drug reaction （ADR） reported in our hospital.METHODS：585 ADR cases in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 were investigated as subject,and analyzed statistically in respect of age and gender distribution,reporter’s occupation,route of administration,drug types,organs or systems involved in ADR and main clinical manifestations,ADR type,etc.RESULTS：The patients over 60 years had the highest incidence.The drugs that induced ADR totaled 108 kinds.42.05% of ADR were induced by anti-infective drugs,followed by biological products;37.09% were induced by intravenous infusion administration.The major manifestation of ADR was the damage of skin and its appendants.CONCLUSION：Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring and reporting,to avoid and reduce the ADR occurred,and promote rational drug use.
