麻杏石甘汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效观察

目的:观察麻杏石甘汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的临床疗效。方法:选择2009年1月-2010年1月我院呼吸科收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者164例均分为2组。对照组采用常规氧疗、抗感染、解痉、平喘、化痰;治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用麻杏石甘汤,每次1剂,每天3次。2组疗程均为14d。另设健康组进行治疗前比较。测定受试者静脉血肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)含量与第1秒用力呼气量占预计值百分比(FEV1%)、第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC%)。结果:治疗后,与对照组比较,治疗组TNF-α、IL-6的含量显著减少(P<0.05);治疗组FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:麻杏石甘汤对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的治疗可起到促进作用。

Efficacy Observation of Maxing Shigan Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Dis- ease in Acute Exacerbation Stage

OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of Maxing shigan decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. METHODS： 164 patients with acute exacerbations of COPD were collected from respiratory department of our hospital during Jan. 2000-Jan, 2010.82 cases in control group received conventional oxygen therapy, treatment of anti-infection, antispasmodic, relieving asthma and resolving phlegm; 82 cases in treatment group were additionally given Maxing shigan decoction 3 agent a day on the basis of routine treatment for 14 days, and they were compared with health group. The contents of TNF-a and IL-6 in venous blood were determined, and FEV1% and FEV1/ FVC% were detected. RE- SULTS： ARer treatment, the contents of TNF-α and IL-6 in treatment group decreased significantly, compared with control group （P〈0.05）; FEV1% and FEV1/FVC% of treatment group increased significantly（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： Maxing shigan decoc- tion promotes the treatment of acute exacerbations of COPD.
