我院中药注射剂不良反应报告分析

目的:为临床合理使用中药注射剂提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,收集我院2008-2011年上报药品不良反应监测中心的60例中药注射剂不良反应报告,对不良反应病例涉及的品种、给药途径、主要临床表现与转归进行统计分析。结果:我院60例中药注射剂不良反应发生率随年龄的增高而升高,其中60岁以上人群发生率最高,占45%;发生不良反应的药物剂型以静脉注射剂型为主;不良反应损害涉及皮肤、中枢、胃肠和心血管系统等多器官、多系统。结论:提高医务人员对中药注射剂不良反应的重视程度,正确合理使用中药注射剂,可有效降低不良反应的发生率。

Analysis of ADR Reports of TCM Injection in Our Hospital

OBJECTVE： To provide reference for rational use of TCM injection in the clinic. METHODS： 60 ADRs reports of TCM injection were collected from our hospital during 2008 to 2011 and analyzed retrospectively in respects of drug species, route of administration, clinical manifestations and outcome. RESULTS： The incidence of ADRs induced by TCM injection increased with the growth of age in our hospital, 45% of ADRs reports occurred in patients over 60 years. Most of ADRs were induced by in- travenous injection. The most common damage involved in skin, gastrointestinal, central and cadiovascular system. CONCLU- SION： Medical staff should pay attention to ADR of TCM injection and rational use of TCM injection to decrease the incidence of ADR.
