临床药师参与心血管内科查房的实践和体会

目的:总结我院临床药师参与心内科查房的体会,探讨临床药师查房的必要知识准备及应关注的重点。方法:对临床药师关注的重点如合理用药、药物相互作用、不良反应、抗生素使用等进行举例分析。结果与结论:临床药师参与临床查房能提高医疗质量。临床药师应抓住机遇,迎接挑战,不断提高药学和医学专业水平,为医护人员和患者提供高质量的、全新的药学服务。

Practice and Experience of Clinical Pharmacist Participating in Ward Round of Cardiovascular Department

OBJECTIVE：To discuss and summarize the necessary knowledge,focus and experiences when clinical pharmacists take part in the ward round in cardiovascular department of our hospital.METHODS：Several examples on important issues clinical pharmacists concerned were analyzed,such as rational drug use,drug interaction,adverse drug reactions,use of antibiotics.RESULTS＆CONCLUSION：Clinical pharmacists participating in ward round could improve medical quality.Clinical pharmacists should hold the opportunity and greet the challenge,improve pharmaceutical and medical professional level to provide high quality and brand new pharmaceutical care for medical staffs and patients.
