| 摘 要： | 目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点及规律。方法:采用病例回顾性分析方法,对我院2008-2011年收集到的774例药品不良反应报告进行统计、分析。结果:ADR涉及的药品以抗感染药居首位(313例,占40.44%);静脉给药引发的ADR最多见(559例,占72.22%);60岁以上患者发生ADR最高(296例,占38.24%);皮肤及其附件损害最为常见(247例,占31.46%)。结论:临床应重视并加强ADR监测,合理用药,尽量避免或减少ADR的发生。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reaction （ADR） in our hospital. METHODS： By retrospective study, 774 ADR cases from our hospital during 2008-2011 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： Antimicrobial drugs took up the first place among ADR-inducing drugs （313 cases, 40.44% ）. ADR cases were mostly caused by intravenous administration （559 cases, 72.22% ）. ADR mostly occurred in patients aged above 60 years old （296 cases, 38.24% ）. Lesion of skin and appendants were the most common clinical manifestations （247 cases, 31.46% ）. CONCLUSION： Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring and rational drug use to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR. |
