总状土木香氯仿部位的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:研究总状土木香氯仿部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、反相硅胶、SephadexLH-20凝胶柱色谱对样品进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从总状土木香氯仿部位中分离得到6个化合物,经鉴定分别为11α,13-二羟基去氢闭鞘姜内酯(1)、11,13-二氢-7,11-去氢-13-羟基-3-脱氧愈创内酯C(2)、1β-羟基柯拉汀(3)、胡萝卜苷(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、丁香树脂醇(6)。其中化合物1、2、3和6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。结论:本试验结果可为总状土木香的进一步研究提供依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Inula racemosa. METHODS: The samples were separated and purified by silica gel, RP silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and the structures of chemical compound were analyzed and identified by physicochemical property and spectral analysis. RESULTS: Six compounds were obtained and identified as: 11 a, 13-dihydroxydehidrocostuslactone (1), 11,13-dihydro-7, 11-dehydro-13-hydroxy-3-desoxyzaluzanin C (2), 1 fl-hydroxyco- lartin (3),fl-sitosterolglucoside (4),fl-sitosterol (5), syringaresinol (6). Compounds 1, 2, 3 and 6 were isolated from the plant for the first time. CONCLUSION: The trial can provide reference for the further study of I. racemosa.
