摘    要:目的:探讨三康胶囊对高原人体运动自由基代谢和血乳酸(BLA)的影响。方法:对进驻海拔3 700 m高原1年的10名健康青年在服药前和服药第15 d,分别采用自行车功量计进行渐增负荷运动,测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)、BLA含量。结果:服药后较服药前运动后SOD[(121.2±16.9)Vs(99.6±14.0)]增高,而MDA[(3.97±0.17)Vs(4.31±0.18)]和BLA[(5.11±0.31)Vs(6.22±0.46)]降低,有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:三康胶囊能明显抑制高原运动造成的自由基损伤,具有提高运动能力,延缓运动性疲劳发生的作用,是一种很有前景的抗缺氧、抗疲劳、抗幅射纯中药制剂。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of Sankang capsule on free redical metabolism and lactate acid in blood after exercise at high altitude.Methods:Sankang capsule is a complex Chinese traditional medical preparation.Ten healthy young men who had stayed at high altitude(above sea level 3700 m) for one year pedaled the EMG-bicycle-ergometer before and after taking Sankang capsule for fifteen days.The resistance of EMG -bicycle-ergometer was added progressively from 50 w to 200 w during pedaling.After the subjects finished the exercise and rested for 5 min,their venous blood samples were colleted.The levels of super oxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) and lactate acid(LA) in the blood samples were determined.Results:Compared with before taking Sankang capsule,the levels of SOD increased and MDA and LA decreased after this drug.The differences of these three indexes between before and after taking this drug were very significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Sankang capsule can inhibit activity of free radical after at high altitude and increase work ability,and is of effects of anti-hypoxia and anti-fatigue.
