胆石性胰腺炎缓解早期的预防性内镜干预

目的探讨内镜方法减少胆石性胰腺炎（GP）缓解期再排石导致胰腺炎（AP）复发,为手术争取时间。方法 45例GP缓解期患者用RandA 1.0软件随机分为内镜组（23例）和保守组（22例）,内镜组给予内镜治疗,其余治疗与保守组完全相同,无复发2~3周行胆囊切除术,比较两组复发率、近期手术情况。结果内镜组AP复发率较保守组低,近期手术率较保守组高,差异均有统计学意义（2χ=4.46,P=0.035;2χ=5.75,P=0.016）。结论 GP缓解期内镜治疗可减少短期AP复发率,有利于平稳恢复和择期手术。

Preventive endoscopy intervention in early remission of gallstone pancreatitis

Objective To evaluate the endoscopic therapy for reducing the removing of urinary calculus during remission of gallstone pancreatitis,so as to prevent pancreatitis from recurring and gain more time for the surgery.Methods Forty-five patients during remission of gallstone pancreatitis were randomly divided into the endoscopy group and the conservative group by RandA 1.0 software.For conservative group,we use the same treatment as endoscopy group besides the endoscopic therapy.Patients without recurrence during 2~3 weeks underwent cholecystectomy.Recurrence rates and recent surgery cases of patients were compared.Results Recurrence rate in endoscopy group is lower than that in conservative group.Recent surgery cases in endoscopy group were more than that in conservative group.Differences between the two groups were significant（χ2=4.46,P=0.035;χ2=5.75,P=0.016）.Conclusion Endoscopic therapy of gallstone pancreatitis during remission can reduce the relapse rate in short time,which is conducive to a steady recovery and helps to select the time of surgery.
