我国气管切开和气管插管患者高压氧治疗装置的现状

对气管切开和气管插管患者进行高压氧治疗时不宜使用普通面罩吸氧，而需采用特殊装置进行吸氧。为选用合适的治疗装置用于危重患者的早期高压氧治疗，总结了近几年国内高压氧治疗气管切开和气管插管患者时采用的普通导管、特制简易吸氧装置、单人纯氧舱、舱内呼吸机等多种治疗装置，并从材质、简易程度、严密性、治疗效果、对舱内氧浓度影响等多方面对各种治疗装置的优缺点进行分析。

Research Situation of Hyperbaric Oxygen(HBO) Therapeutic Facilities for the Tracheotomy and Tracheal Intubation Patients

When the tracheotomy and tracheal intubation patients were treated in hyperbaric oxygen chamber, not ordinary facemask but specially made therapeutic facilities should be used. To select a more reasonable therapeutic facility for patients treatment in HBO chamber, all kinds of hyperbaric oxygen therapeutic facilities for the tracheotomy and tracheal intubation patients of our country in recent years are introduced from the aspects of material, facility, impermeability, therapeutic efficiency, influences on oxygen concentration in chamber, the advantages and disadvantages of each kind were demonstrated.
