胺碘酮合用氯沙坦治疗房颤的临床观察

36例心房颤动患者以胺碘酮加氯沙坦治疗(观察组),60例单用胺碘酮治疗(对照组),两组治疗3周后仍房颤者均进行电复律,复律后继续各组的药物维持,随访1年.两组药物复律及电复律的成功率均无差异;结果表明,两组药物治疗复律后1～12个月的窦性心律维持率亦无明显差异;而电击复律后12个月时窦性心律维持率,观察组为76.00％,对照组为47.62％(P＜0.05).提示,胺碘酮合用氯沙坦对房颤电复律后窦性心律维持的远期作用优于单用胺碘酮.

Effect of amiodarone plus losartan in treatment of atrial fibrillation

This paper is to observe the effect of oral amiodarone plus losartan in treatment of patients with sinus rhythm atrial fibrillation(AF). Thirty six patients with AF received amiodarone plus losartan treatment were analyzed retrospectively. Sixty patients with AF received amiodarone were taken as control group. After 3 weeks, the remainder of the patients with AF in 2 groups went on to have electric cardioversion. After electric cardioversion, the patients continued drugs treatment in both groups and were followed up for 1 year. There was no marked difference in cardioversion efficacy between 2 groups with chemical cardioversion and electric cardioversion. There was no marked difference between 2 groups with chemical cardioversion in the maintenance of normal sinus rhythm after 1 12 months, but there was significant difference between 2 groups with electric cardioversion in the maintenance of normal sinus rhythm after 12 months ( P <0.05). Amiodarone plus losartan is better than amiodarone alone for AF patients received electrical cardioversion in maintaining normal sinus rhythm in a long term.
