益气健脾与补益气血中药对大鼠难愈性创面愈合的促进作用

目的：观察益气健脾、补益气血中药治疗大鼠难愈性创面的疗效。方法：建立难愈性创面大鼠模型，观察益气健脾、补益气血中药四君子汤、四物汤、八珍汤对创面愈合率及愈合时间的影响：并设模型对照组与一般创面对照组。结果：模型对照组创面愈合率明显低于一般创面组（P〈0．01），创面愈合时间明显延长（P〈0．01）：各中药治疗组创面愈合率高于模型对照组（P〈0．05或P〈0．01），创面愈合时间缩短（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。益气健脾的代表方四君子汤组创面愈合率高于四物汤与八珍汤组（P〈0．05），创面愈合时间缩短（P〈0．05），而后两者之间无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论：益气健脾、补益气血中药可以促进大鼠难愈性创面的愈合，且以益气健脾方效果明显。

Effects of Qi-Blood-Enriching and Spleen-Nourishing Herbs on Intractable Wounds in Rats

Objective： To observe the effects of qi-blood-enriching and spleen-nourishing herbs on intractable wounds. Methods： Rat model of intractable wounds was made and respectively treated by ＂Sijunzi Decoction＂, ＂Siwu Decoction＂ and ＂Bazhen Decoction＂; the wound healing rate and time were observed. Moreover, model group and regular wound group were established. Results： In model group, the wound healing rate was lower and healing time was longer （P〈0.01） in comparison with regular wound group; the herb-treated groups had higher wound healing rate and shorter healing time than control group（P 〈 0.05 or P〈0.01）. The adhesion of the wound of experimental group is quicker than the chronic model group （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01） ; ＂Sij unzi Decoction＂ had better effects than ＂Siwu Decoction＂ and ＂Bazhen Decoction＂ in healing wounds（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Qi-blood-enriching and spleen-nourishing herbs can promote the wound healing, especially the herbs acting to enrich qi and nourish spleen.
