| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨社区护理干预对老年高血压患者遵医依从性的影响.方法 设计"老年高血压患者遵医行为调查表",用问卷调查的形式对辖区内60岁以上已建立健康档案的老人在护理干预措施前后进行入户调查,并对干预前后老年患者的血压进行了普查.结果 护理干预措施前后遵医行为比较,差异有统计学有意义(P＜0.05);老年患者干预前后的收缩压、舒张压平均值比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 护理干预大大提高老年年高血压病患者的遵医依从性,能提高老年人生活质量.

| Abstract: | objective To observe the influence of community nursing intervention on compliance behaviors of old hypertension patient.Methods Over the age of 60 old people in the community who has the health files were investigated by self-dosigned questionnaires before and after nursing interventions,meanwhile their blood pressure was monitored.Result There were significant differences with compliance behaviors before and after nursing intervention(P<0.05).The means of systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after nursing intervention showered differences(P<0.01).Conclusions Nursing intervention has enhanced compliance behaviors of old hypertension patients and it may improve the elders' life quality. |
