| 摘 要： | 目的：研究伸筋草乙醇提取物对佐剂性关节炎（adjuvant arthritis,AA）大鼠的治疗效果。方法：采用弗氏完全佐剂法制备大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型,于造膜后第8天分别灌胃给药,连续给药21天后取血检测类风湿因子,并应用光、电镜观察其关节滑膜的形态学改变。结果：伸筋草乙醇提取物能有效控制炎细胞的数量,并对滑膜细胞内线粒体及粗面内质网的功能状态有明显的改善作用。结论：伸筋草乙醇提取物对佐剂性关节炎大鼠有显著的抗炎治疗作用。

| Abstract: | 0bjective： Study on the curative effect of ethanol extracts from lycopodium clavatum（EELC） on adjuvant arthritis（AA） in rat.Methods： The rats were immunized with the Freund＇s Complete Adjuvant（FCA）,after treated 21 date wit the extracts from lycopodium clavatum,the rheumatoid factor（RF） was examined and the histopathological changes of anklebone joint＇s synovium were observed by light microscope（LM） and the transmission electron microscope（TEM）.Results： Compared with model group,EELC can decrease RF index and relieve the change of histopathology in joint＇s synovium in these rats.Conclusion： EELC can decrease and inhibit inflammatory disease to AA in rat. |
