| 摘 要： | 从炙甘草汤的病因病机、药理学研究、临床研究等方面对炙甘草汤治疗心律失常进行梳理分析,发现炙甘草汤滋阴补血,通阳复脉,临床可用治多种心律失常的治疗,其作用机制可能与影响心室肌细胞动作电位、抗血小板活化、保护内皮细胞等途径有关。

| Abstract: | The treatment of roasted liquorice decoction on the disease cause and pathogenesis, pharmacology study and the clinical study were analyzed. roasted liquorice decoction can replenishing yin and supplementing blood, activating yang and returning pulse and its antiarrhythmic effect may involve in influencing action potential of myocardial, inhabiting platelet activate and protecting endothelial cells. |
