药物警戒对医院药事管理促进作用探讨

医疗机构作为用药的主体单位承担着民众用药安全的警戒工作,药物警戒是医院药事管理委员会的重要职责之一。药事管理委员会的人员组成、例会制度可促进药物警戒工作的顺利开展;同样,药物警戒在新药引进和药品淘汰、指导临床合理用药和药品安全性监测等方面对药事管理起到促进作用,有利于药事管理委员会职能作用的发挥。

Discussion on the Effects of Pharmacovigilance in the Hospital Pharmaceutical Management

As the main unit of medicine usage,hospital should bear the responsibility to guarantee the public to use medicine safety and effectivety.Pharmacovigilance is the main responsibility to the hos-pital pharmaceutical management committee.Right committee members and regular meetings of the hospital pharmaceutical management committee will facilitate hospital pharmacovigilance,and phar-macovigilance will benefit the committee on the introduction of new drugs,withdrawing of old drugs,rational use and safety monitoring of drugs.
