多功能超声仪对急性阑尾炎的超声显像分型

目的:探讨急性阑尾炎的多普勒超声表现类型和价值。方法:回顾分析经手术证实的453例急性阑尾炎的多普勒超声特征,与手术及病理结果对照,以阑尾形态结构及超声显像表现为基础进行分析。结果:急性阑尾炎的超声显像有一定特征性,其类型有结构完整清晰型、结构完整难辨型、结构部分破坏型、无结构型;各型可分为无充填、均匀充填、不均匀充填亚型。这些分型与临床病理分型不完全一致。结论:可用不同方法对急性阑尾炎分型,新的分型较合理,更具有实用价值。

Characterization and Classification of Doppler Ultrasonography of Acute Appendicitis

Objective To explore the characteristics of Doppler and ultrasonography of acute appendicitis and make classi- fication.Methods Data of 453 cases of confirmed acute appendicitis were analyzed retrospectively,characteristics of Doppler and ultrasonography were generalized,sonographic classification were made referring to the characteristics of morphology and tissure structures as well as pathological lesions of appendixes.Results Acute appendicitis had different sonographic character- istics,could be classified into four types:with discernable wall structures of appendix,with blurred wall structures of appen- dix,with abscess and perfoation of the wall of appendix,with abscess but disappearance of appendix;there might be subtypes in each type:no filling,homogeneous filling,heterogeneous filling.These types didn't completely consist with clinical and pathological classification.Conclusion Ultrasonographies of acute appendicitis have various patterns,new sonographic classi- fication is more reasonable and has better value of application.
