冠状动脉介入治疗后上消化道出血的病例分析

目的 对冠脉造影和(或)介入治疗后出现上消化道出血的病例进行分析研究。方法 回顾性总结2007年1月至2009年12月在阜外心血管病医院进行冠状动脉造影和(或)介入治疗的患者中，42例患者术后出现上消化道出血，分析其临床特点。结果 上消化道出血多数发生于冠脉介入治疗后48小时内，多为小量出血，多发生于三支及以上病变患者，且男性多于女性。结论 冠脉介入治疗后上消化道出血由多种原因共同引起，需加强冠脉造影/介入治疗后上消化道出血的预防。

Analysis of Upper Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage Cases after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

Objective To analyze upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage cases after coronary angiography and/or percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods We retrospectively evaluated the clinical information of 33 524 patients undergoing coronary angiography and/or percutaneons coronary intervention in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2009,42 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,were analyzed.Results The majority of upper gastrointestinal bleeding occurred in percutaneous coronary intervention within 48 hours after treatment,mostly for a small amount of bleeding and in the patients with muti-vessel disease,and more men than women.Conclusion Upper gastrointestinal bleeding after percutaneous coronary intervention were caused by a variety of reasons.In the application process,identification and treatment for upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage should be strengthened.
