| 摘 要： | 目的：研究治疗上肢痉挛性脑瘫新的手术方法。方法：利用臂丛神经根相互代偿的原理设计了选择性壁丛神经根切断术治疗上肢痉挛性脑瘫的方法，并选择２例病例进行治疗。结果：术后２例２手部痉挛明显减轻，功能得到显著改善。结论：选择性臂丛神经根切断术对减轻上肢痉挛性脑瘫疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study a new method to reduce spasticity of upper extremity. Methods: By utilizing the characteristics of brachial plexus root and its functional anatomy, a new way called selective brachial plexus nerve root rhizotomy was designed to reduce spasticity and two cases were treated by this technique. Results: The spasticity was reduced and the function of hand was also improved significantly. Conclusion: Selective brachial plexus nerve root rhizotomy is a good and effective method to reduce spasticity of upper extremity. |
