“逆传”与“逆传”心包考辨

在现代文献中,逆传与逆传心包常被混同使用。通过古今文献考证可知,逆传之名首见于宋代陈无择的《三因极一病证方论》,指外感病传变的反常情况,与顺传相对而言,病情迅速发展到危重阶段的传变方式。逆传心包为清代叶天士《温热论》首载,指温热病邪侵犯肺卫之后不从卫分顺传气分,而径入心包,扰及心神的病理变化。在指温病卫气营血病证的传变和三焦病证的传变时,二者可以通用,但逆传心包的使用范围仅限于以上两证,而逆传则可适用于所有外感疾病。

In modern literature,reverse transmission and reversed transmission to pericardium are often used together.Through the textual research of ancient and modern literature,it can be seen that the name of reverse transmission first appeared in Chen Wuze′s Sanyin Ji Yi Bingzheng Fang Lun in Song Dynasty,which refers to the abnormal situation of exogenous disease transmission and change.It is a way of transmission and change that the disease rapidly develops to the critical stage compared with sequential transmission.reversed transmission to pericardium was the first seen in Ye Tianshi′s Wen Re Lun in Qing Dynasty.It refers to the pathological changes that after the pathogen of warm-heat disease invades the lung Wei,not from Wei Fen to Qi Fen,but directly into the pericardium,disturbing the mind.When referring to the transformation of Wei Qi Ying Xue syndrome and Sanjiao syndrome,the two can be used in common,but the scope of reversed transmission to pericardium is limited to the above two syndromes,and the scope of reverse transmission can be applied to all exogenous diseases.
