摘    要:气虚毒损证是在人体正气大虚的基础上,毒邪蕴结、积聚凝滞,损及脏腑经脉而致病,多见于各种疾病的终末阶段以及各类疾病的变证、坏证。毒邪致病在病因上具有酷烈性、依附性;在发病学上具备骤发性、特异性;在临床特点上具备火热性、秽浊性、广泛性、善变性、阈害性、内损性;病程上具备顽固性和危重性。气虚毒损证可视为多种难治性疾病的共同点,气虚是难治性疾病迁延难愈的病理基础,毒损为难治性疾病急性加重的关键环节。深入研究气虚毒损证的本质、毒损的症状变化及病机演变规律,推导气虚毒损病变的客观指标及临床指征,对提高难治性疾病的辨证论治水平具有重要意义。

Abstract:Qi deficiency toxin damage syndrome is based on the deficiency of vital qi.The accumulation and stagnation of toxin and pathogen can damage the zang-fu viscera and meridians and cause disease.It is often seen in the terminal stage of various diseases and the changing and serious syndromes of various diseases.The pathogeny of toxin pathogen is strong and dependent.It has sudden onset and specificity in pathogenesis.In clinical features,it is characterized by heat,filth,universality,fickleness and internal damage.In the course of disease,it is stubborn and critical.Qi deficiency and toxic damage syndrome can be regarded as the common ground of many refractory diseases.Qi deficiency is the pathological basis of refractory diseases,and toxic damage is the key link of acute exacerbation of refractory diseases.It is of great significance to study the essence of qi deficiency toxin damage syndrome,the change of symptoms and the evolution of pathogenesis,and to deduce the objective indicators and clinical indications of qi deficiency toxin damage,so as to improve the level of syndrome differentiation and treatment of refractory diseases.
