| 摘 要： | 运用桂枝加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗多梦,以桂枝汤调和营卫,以龙骨、牡蛎引药入肝.诸药配伍,调和营卫,使营气不劫,营血不弱.药入肝经,诸药滋肝阴、养肝血、降肝魂,使魂得血养,肝魂柔润,不躁不飞.肝经血气充足,肝阳、肝魂沉潜柔润,寒气驱逐不生,精津得养,潜魂入血,重镇肝魂,使肝魂得血养而不飞,多梦乃愈.

| Abstract: | Guizhi Jia Longgu Muli Decoction is used to treat dreaminess.Guizhi Decoction is used to harmonize yingfen and weifen,and Longgu(Os Draconis)and Muli(Concha Ostreae)are used to introduce medicine into liver.Compatibility of various medicinals,harmonize yingfen and weifen,so that Ying-qi is not robbed and Ying-blood is not weak.After entering the liver meridian,various medicinals nourish liver yin,nourish the liver blood and fall liver soul to make the liver soul nourished by blood.The liver blood is sufficient,the liver yang and the liver soul are deep and soft,the cold pathogen is drived out and not born,and then essence and fluid are nourished so as to submerge soul into blood and tranquillizate the liver soul.If the liver soul is nourished by blood,dreaminess will be healed. |
