| 摘 要： | 本文报道1例4个月龄,体重6.6 kg的主-肺动脉窗患儿,在我院成功行经胸微创封堵术。患儿术后1 d从监护室转至普通病房,术5 d出院。相对传统的体外循环下主-肺动脉窗结扎术或修补术,经胸微创封堵术创伤更小,恢复更快,但需要掌握严格的手术指征,并不适用于所有的主-肺动脉窗患者。

| Abstract: | A case of a 4-month-old child with an aortopulmonary fenestration weighing 6.6 kg who underwent successful transthoracic minimally invasive occlusion in our hospital was reported in this article.The child was transferred from the intensive care unit(ICU)to the general ward 1 day after surgery and discharged 5 days later.Compared with conventional ligation or repair of extracorporeal circulation for the aortopulmonary fenestration,the transthoracic minimally invasive occlusion is characterized by less trauma and faster recovery.However,it requires strict surgical indications and is not suitable for all patients with aortopulmonary fenestration. |
