| 摘 要： | 本文采用转篮法对国产４个厂家生产的阿昔洛韦片进行体外溶出度考察，结果表明，各厂家产品的溶出度参数具有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示有必要对每批产品进行溶出度检查以控制其质量，保证临床疗效。

| Abstract: | We have adopted rotatory basket method to determine the in vitro dissolubility of domestic acyclovir tablets produced by 4 different factories.The results showed that there were significant differences in dissolution parameters between the tablets tested.It is suggested that the dissolubility of products should be tested to control the quality and ensure clinical efficacy. |
