恩丹苏酮、康泉与枢复宁防治化疗所致恶心呕吐的费用-效果分析

目的 :探讨不同药物治疗方案对同一疾病所产生的经济效果。方法 :根据文献选择63例急性髓细胞白血病 (AML)患者 ,随机分为3组 ,分别给予恩丹苏酮、康泉、枢复宁 ,用以防治病人应用阿糖胞苷、高三尖杉酯碱、柔红霉素化疗所致恶心、呕吐。运用药物经济学的费用 -效果分析方法进行评价。结果 :用康泉防治AML化疗所致恶心、呕吐为最佳治疗药物。结论 :药物经济学在优化治疗方案 ,帮助临床医、药师在临床决策过程中选择最佳治疗方案 ,以期用最小成本获得最大效益方面具有重要指导作用

The Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Ondansetron,Kytril and Zofran in Treating Nausea and Vomiting Caused by Chemotherapeutics

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the economical effects of different medications on the treatment of same illness.METH_ODS:63 cases of AML were chosen,and were randomly divided into three groups,ondansetron was given to the first group,kytril to the second and zofran to the last,to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy with cytarabing,homoharringtonine,daunorubicin,using the method of cost-effectiveness analysis of pharmacoeconomics.RESULTS:Kytril was the best medicine to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by the chemotherapeutics.CONCLUSION:The pharmacoeconomics plays an important role in guiding the physician and pharmacist to choose and to optimize the best therapeutic plan in making clinical decision,so as to gain the maximal benefit with the minimal cost.
