丹参抗大鼠乙酸胃溃疡的实验研究

应用丹参和甲氰咪胍对大鼠乙酸胃溃疡治疗３０天。结果在溃疡制作后的５、３０、１２６天，丹参组的溃疡指数明显低于甲氰咪胍组和对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１）。标记率明显高于甲氰咪胍组和对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１）。丹参组３０天的溃疡指数与１２６天的相比差异无显著性。表明丹参有促进溃疡愈合，防止再发的作用，且优于甲氰咪胍，其机理是促进了溃疡边缘胃粘膜细胞的增殖。

THE STUDY OF THE TREATMENT OF DAN SHEN FOR THE RAT WITH ACTIEC ACID-INDUCED

Using Dan Shen and Cimetidine to treat acetic acid-induced gastric ulcer in rats for 30 days. The uesultsshowed that ulcer index of Dan Shen group was obviously lower than that of the Cimetidine group and the contrastgroup (P<0. 01) on the 5th, 30th and 126th day, after making the ulcer. Labeling index of Dan Shen group wasobviously higher than that of the Cimetidine group and the contrast group (P<0. 01). There isn' t difference between the ulcer index of Dan Shen group on 30th day and that on the 126th day. It indicated that Dan Shen canpromote healing of ulcer and restrain the recurrence. This role is better than that of Cimetidine. Its mechanism isthat Dan Shen can promote proliferation of gastric mucosal cells on the edge of the ulcer.
