祛斑中药白附子提取工艺研究

摘    要:采用酶活性测定法,测定白附子在不同提取工艺条件下所得提取物对酪氨酸酶活性的相对抑制率,并以此为指标对白附子提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,以10倍水量,采用超声波提取2次,每次20min时所得提取物对酪氨酸酶活性的相对抑制率最高。

Abstract:The extraction processes of Rhizoma typhonii which could be used to treat chloasma was studied. The relative inhibitory activity against tyrosinase of the extraction substances from different extraction processes was detected. The results showed that the optimal extraction process was the following: water which was ten times volume of Rhizoma typhonii as extraction solvent, extracting 2 times and 20 minutes each time with ultrasonic wave.The extracts had the highest relative inhibitory effects on tyrosinase.
