VEGF在慢性萎缩性胃炎胃黏膜组织中的表达

目的研究血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）患者胃黏膜组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测CAG患者和急性单纯性胃炎（ASG）患者胃黏膜组织中VEGF的表达情况。结果 CAG胃黏膜组织中VEGF阳性细胞数（57.85±5.16）显著高于ASG胃黏膜组织中VEGF阳性细胞数（28.19±3.29）（P〈0.01）。轻度、中度和重度CAG患者胃黏膜组织中的VEGF阳性细胞数无差异。结论 CAG患者胃黏膜组织中VEGF的表达显著升高;VEGF的表达仅是CAG病理变化之一,与CAG的程度无直接关系。

The expression of VEGF in the gastric mucosa tissues in the patiemts with chronic atrophic gastritis

Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF in the gastric mucosa tissues in the patients with chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)and its clinical value.Methods The expression of VEGF in the gastric mucosa tissues of the cases with CAG and acute single gastritis(ASG)was detected by immunohistochemical method.Results Significant increased numbers of VEGF-positive cells(57.85 ± 5.16)were observed by anti-VEGF immunolabeling in CAG gastric mucosa tissues when compared with ASG(28.19±3.29)(P<0.01),but it had no statistical difference among chronic mild,moderate and severe CAG.Conclusion The expression of VEGF increases in the gastric mucosa tissues of CAG.VEGF increment in the gastric mucosa tissues is only one of the pathologic changes in CAG,but there is no causality between the severity of CAG and the expression of VEGF.
