中文版小儿白天嗜睡量表的信效度研究

目的 探究中文版小儿白天嗜睡量表(PDSS-C)的信效度,为促进和改善儿童睡眠状况提供参考。方法 2017年5-7月采用便利抽样法在沈阳市选取2所小学和2所中学,经多阶段、分层和整群抽样法于每所学校抽取6个班级的所有学生作为调查对象,共发放问卷620份,有效问卷588份,有效回收率为94.83%,采用SPSS 20.0和AMOS 17.0软件处理数据。结果 调查对象平均(14.2±1.8)岁;量表条目-总分Pearson相关系数为0.823～0.929,条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.830～1.000;该量表KMO值为0.932,Bartlett's球形检验值为2 869.839。探索性因子分析提取到1个公因子,累积方差贡献率为81.129%,各条目载荷值均＞0.400;验证性因子分析中χ²/df=2.460,渐进残差均方和平方根(RMSEA)=0.070,适配度指数(GFI)=0.973,调整后适配度指数(AGFI)=0.930,非规整适配度指数(TLI)=0.986,增值适配度指数(IFI)=0.993,比较适配度指数(CFI)=0.993,各数值均达到标准。量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.96,重测信度为0.98。结论 中文版小儿白天嗜睡量表信效度良好,可用于测量我国儿童青少年白天嗜睡程度。

Reliability and validity ofthe Chinese version of Pediatric Daytime Sleepiness Scale

Objective To examine the reliability and validity of the Chinese Version of Pediatric Daytime Sleepiness Scale (PDSS-C) for children and adolescents. Methods Two primary schools and two junior high schools in Shenyang of Liaoning province were selected by using convenient sampling method from May to July 2017,and 6 classes in each school were selected by muti-stage,stratified and cluster sampling method.Totally 620 questionnaires were sent out and 588 were collected with an effective response rate of 94.83%.All data were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 17.0. Results The average age of investigate sample was(14.2±1.8) years old.All the item-total scores were positively related (0.823~0.929),I-CVIs were 0.830~1.000.The KMO of the PDSS-C was 0.932,the Bartlett's spherical test χ² was 2 869.839.One-factor model was got by using exploratory factor analysis and the cumulative variance contribution was 81.129%,the load values of each item were all over 0.400.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that one-factor model fit well (χ²/df=2.460,RMSEA=0.070,GFI=0.973,AGFI=0.930,TLI=0.986,IFI=0.993,CFI=0.993).The Cronbach's α coefficient of the PDSS-C was 0.96,and the test-retest reliability was 0.98. Conclusion The PDSS-C is a reliable and valid tool to measure the level of daytime sleepiness in children and adolescents.
