| 摘 要： | 骨折的正常愈合过程终止称之为骨不连。骨不连是常见的骨折晚期并发症,发病率为5%～10%,是目前骨科临床面临的难题之一。本文介绍了感染性骨不连的发生机制,并对感染性骨不连的发生原因做了归纳分析,系统阐述了骨不连的传统和现代治疗原则,特别是对感染性骨不连植骨疗法的进展进行了系统回顾介绍。

| Abstract: | The termination of normal healing for fracture is called for nonunion. Nonunion of long bones is a significant consequence in treating fractures, which is not easy to treat. With an incidence of about 5%- 10% ,it is one of the difficult problems in orthopaedics. Mechanismes of infected nonunion were introduced in this article, and the causes of infected nonunion were analyzed. Traditional and modern treatment methods of infected nonunion were introduced systemically, especially introduced autoallergic cancellous bone be applied in the treatment of nonunion. |
