舒克菲治疗反流性咽喉炎临床观察

目的：本文旨在评估舒克菲治疗反流性咽喉炎的临床疗效。方法：门诊人８４例，分为３组，每组２８例，Ａ组服用舒克菲；Ｂ组服用西米替丁；Ｃ组是联合用药组，服用舒克菲和西米替丁。结果：Ａ组显效１８例，有效６例，总有效率率８５．７１％，Ｂ组显效１５例，有效率７例，总有效率为７８．５７％，Ｃ组显效２２例，有效４例，总有效率为９２．８６％，我菲加用西米替丁与舒克菲单独用药差异无显著性（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论：舒克菲

Clinical observation on treating reflux laryngopharyngitis with sucralfate

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of sucralfate in the treatment of reflux laryngopharyngitis. Method: Eighty-four outpatients were divided evenly into 3 groups. Patients in Group A received sucralfate,patients in Group B received cimetidine and patients in Group C received both sucralfate and cimetidine. Results:In Group A,there were 18 patients improved markedly and 6 patients improved,the global effective rate was 85. 71%. In Group B,there were 15 patients improved markedly,and 7 patients improved,the global effecive rate was 78. 57%. In Group C,there were 22 patients improved markedly,4 patients improved,the global effecive rate was 92. 86%. The difference in efficacies between sucralfate alone and sucralfate together with cimetidine was not significant(P>0. 05). Conclusion: As a mucous membrane protective agent,sucralfate has unique pharmacological effects,it is effctive in the treatment of reflux laryngopharyngitis without obvious side effect.
