巴曲酶治疗急性缺血性脑血管病的临床观察

目的：评价巴曲酶治疗急性缺血性脑血管病的疗效。方法：将１４１例随机分为２组：治疗组７０例，在１２小时内给予巴曲酶，１０Ｂｕ加生理盐水２５０ｍｌ静脉点滴１小时左右，第３天和第５天均用５Ｂｕ，同时使用常规治疗药物。治疗观察期间不给予中医或物理治疗。对照组７１例，仅给予常规药物治疗。两组均于治疗后的第１，３，５，１４天分别评价疗效。

Observation of Batroxobin in the treatment of acute ischemic cerebrovascular disease

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of Batroxobin in the treatment of acute cerebrovascular disease. METHOD: 141 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into two groups. Within 12 hours,70 cases of the treated group received 10 Bu of Batroxobin with 250 ml of normal saline by means of intravenous drip which lasted for about one hour, and on the 3th and 5th day. 5 Bu of Batroxobin was used respectively with drugs of usual treatment. In the period of clinical observation,treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and physiotherapy should be avoided. 71 cases of the control group reived drugs of usual treatment. Evaluation of clinical effect for the two groups was respectively conducted on the first, 3th, 5th and 14th day after the treatment. RESULT:Of the 70 cases in the treated group,8 cases were as good as cured, 20 cases were significantly improved, 30 cases were improved. 58 cases were curative,the curative rate being 82. 85 %. Of the 71 cases in the control group,3 cases were as good as cured, 14 cases were sighificantly improved, 30 cases were improved. 47 cases were curative,the curative rate being 64. 78%. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0. 05). CONCLUTION :Batroxobin is characterized by remarkable effect and safety in the treatment of acute cerebrovascular disease,and can be used in thrombolytic therapy.
