摘    要:目的:观察参麦注射液对慢性肺悯病缓解期的临床和免疫指标的影响。方法:采用参麦注射液静滴,每天50ml,共2周,观察其对生肺心病组解期病人临床症状(乏力、胸闷、气短、心悸等)1体征(紫绀、肺部湿Luo音)和血液体液免疫指标(IgM、IgA、IgG、IgE,及细胞免疫指标活性E花结试验、T淋巴细胞转化试验、T淋巴细胞及其亚类检测如CD3、CD4、CD8、CD56、CD4/CD8的影响。结果:与对照治疗

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of Shengmai Injetion in treating patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in remission phase. Methods:In addition to conventional treatment (controls,n =16) ,patients in treatment group(n = 32)were also given intravenous dripping 50 ml Shengmai Injection qd for 2 weeks. The clinical symproms of hypodynami-a, chest stuffiness, dyspnea, palpitation were recorded and immune function parameters of IgM, IgA, IgG, IgE, active E rosette forming rate, T lymphocyte transforming rate,CD3, CD4. CD8, CD56,CD4/CD8 were determined before and after treatment. Results: As compared with controls,in patients of treatment group,hypodynamia, dyspnea and palpitation improve significantly two weeks after treatments the abnormally up-regulated IgG, IgA,IgE were down-regulated, while the abnormally down-regulated active E rosette forming rate, T lymphocyte transforming rate, CD3 ,CD4,CD56 ,CD4/CD8 were upregulated. Conclusion:Shengmai Inj. is a promising drug for treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease in remission phase with benificial effects on the improvement of clinical symptoms and immune function.
