乐昌市1996-2005年妇女病普查结果分析

目的分析妇女缡普查疾病谱的变化，找出影响妇女生殖健康的重要疾病，探讨目前妇女病普查内容。方法对1996-2005年乐昌市10余万名妇女的妇女病普查资料进行统计分析。结果妇科病患病率为21．37％。其中生殖道感染发病率最高，子宫脱垂、尿瘘的发病率逐渐降低或消失，宫颈炎、性传播疾病在逐年上升。结论防治妇女生殖道炎症应成为今后妇女常见病防治的重要内容之一；加强健康教育，提高群众自我保健意识；今后普查最好常规行宫颈刮片、妇科B超及乳腺B超等检查，做到早预防、早发现、早治疗。
