摘    要:目的:探讨镁离子抗氧化作用的机制。方法:3月龄昆明种小鼠50只,随机分为正常对照组、氧化对照组、不同浓度镁保护组,饲养10 d后,腹腔注射0.15%CC l4致小鼠肝损伤,将氧化对照组、不同浓度镁保护组肝匀浆中加入FeSO4和H2O2,诱导自由基生成,观察镁离子在体内、外的抗氧化作用。结果:镁离子能显著降低小鼠血清中ALT和AST活性,以及肝细胞中脂质过氧化物MDA的含量;体外实验镁离子对MDA生成有显著的抑制作用。结论:镁离子能抑制自由基的生成,促进自由基的清除。

Abstract:Objective To explore the anti-oxidative mechanism of Mg~(2 ).Methods Fifty Kunming mice in 3 months were randomly divided into control group,oxidation group and different level of Mg~(2 ) groups.After 10 days of breeding,all mice were injected intraperitoneally with 0.15% CCl_4,hepatic injury was induced.To induce the production of free radical,FeSO_4 and H_2O_2 were added to the hepatic homogenate of oxidation group and different level of Mg~(2 ) group.The anti-oxidation of Mg~(2 ) both in vivo and vitro was measured.Results There was a significant reduction in serum ALT and AST activity and MDA;the production of MDA was inhibited markedly by Mg~(2 ) in vitro.Conclusion Mg~(2 ) can inhibit the production of free radical and accelerate the clearance of free radical.
